Shipping

How long does it take to process an order?

  • Orders typically take 1- 3 business days to be processed and then shipped.

What are the shipping costs?

  • Shipping cost $9.99 for standard shipping. Orders over $125 receive free shipping.

What shipping methods are available?

  • Ground advantage is our standard shipping.

Do we ship internationally?

  • Unfortunately we are not currently shipping to Internationally.  We are still evaluating if this is something that we will be opening up again in the near future.  

Can I upgrade my shipping speed?

  • Faster shipping options are available when purchasing your order, if you would like to change the shipping speed after your purchase then you will need to email help@sandandcharcoal.com.

Sizing

How do I make sure I order the correct size?

  • Each item has been individually measured to insure you find the size that fits you best.

What are Harmony and Heathers Measurements?

  • Harmony - Height: 5’3”  Top: Small     Bottom: Small   Pants: 3/25-5/26

  • Heather - Height: 5’3”  Top: Small - Medium    Bottom: Small    Pants: 5/26-7/27

Orders

When will I receive my order?

  • Orders typically ship to you within 8 - 10 business days.

Can I change my order?

Can I call my order over the phone?

  • At this item this is not an option but if you would like to email regarding place an order that is an option.

Can I pick up my order in person?

  • Yes you can pick up your order in person. Those who are local to northern Utah are welcome to pick up orders in person. When you purchase on the website it will have you pay shipping but upon pick up shipping cost will be refunded. Once you place your order please email help@sandandcharcoal.com and we will place your order aside for pick up.

I was sent the wrong item, what should I do?

  • If you receive the wrong item or there is a problem with your order please email help@sandandcharcoal.com and let them know what the problem is, so we can resolve it.

What do I do if my order is late, incomplete, or undelivered?

  • If there is any problem with your order please feel free to email help@sandandcharcoal.com and we can help to find the package.

Payment

What payment methods do we accept?

  • We accept paypal, shop pay, sezzle, venmo, and pay google.

  • Cards we accept are visa, master card, amex, and discover.

Do you have discounts or coupons?

  • For every new customer who signs up with either their email or phone number will receive 10% off to use on their first purchase. Yes we do have reward incentives they are called Sand Dollars.

Do you offer store credit?

  • Yes we do offer store credit, when checking out with store credit there will be a box marked with store credit for you to use.

What are Sand Dollars and how do I use them?

  • Sand Dollars are our reward system for every dollar spent you will receive 1 sand dollar. For every 100 sand dollars you will receive $5 off.

  • Once you receive enough sand dollars you can use them by going to the bottom right corner of the screen once you click on it will have you redeem your sand dollars and once they are redeemed there will be a code that you will then use when checking out which will then discount your order.

Can you combine coupons?

  • At this time, we’re unable to combine coupons or discount codes in the same order. We always recommend using the code that gives you the biggest savings. 

Inventory

When will an item be restocked?

  • Depending on if the item is available through the vendor we may restock it if there is a  high demand.

Can I create an account?

  • Yes you are able to sign up to create an account with a valid email address.

Do you have an affiliate program?

  • At this time, we don’t have an affiliate or ambassador program available, but we’re so grateful for your support and love for our brand.
